To meet the growing needs of our expanding region and better care for the families in our community, CMC-Pineville has several major projects in process, or recently completed, that include a newly expanded front lobby; a 100,000 square foot medical office building that includes a Blumenthal Cancer Center satellite facility with radiation oncology therapy; and a 335,000 square foot expansion and renovation project that upon completion will provide open-heart surgery and interventional cardiology, a 30-bed Intensive Care Unit and inpatient kidney dialysis, which will make CMC-Pineville the only tertiary medical center in south Charlotte.

CMC-Steele Creek is a healthcare pavilion that features a freestanding emergency department, diagnostic imaging, lab services and physician offices.
